The process, in four phases
First, the DOT confirms what can be built. Then eight institutions review the project. Then comes the Environmental Impact Study. The MARN resolution alone takes about four months.

Full environmental permitting. It covers design, feasibilities, the hydrological study and the Environmental Impact Study through to the MARN resolution. Six-month term.
