Fred Arévalo Cartagena
Lead Project Manager
He has overseen the construction of service stations in El Salvador for twelve years. Between 2012 and 2024 he ran the new builds for a Salvadoran chain. He reviewed budgets and bids, controlled the work on site, and carried the permits for each project. He has been a right of way acquisition agent since 2001 and holds the R/W-RAC certification from the International Right of Way Association. He worked on the Millennium Challenge Corporation right of way project in El Salvador. He holds a degree in urban and regional planning from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
