Fred Arévalo Cartagena
Lead Project Manager
For twelve years he has overseen service station construction in El Salvador. From 2012 to 2024 he ran the new builds for a Salvadoran chain. He reviewed budgets and bids, controlled the work on site and carried the permits for each project. He has been a right of way acquisition agent since 2001. He holds the R/W-RAC certification from the International Right of Way Association. He worked on the Millennium Challenge Corporation right of way project in El Salvador. He holds a degree in urban and regional planning from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
My greatest asset is not only what I know. It is who I know, how I think, and how I can use that experience to help others.
