Services
A service station needs four things before it sells its first gallon. We do all four.
Permits and filings
Signed and sealed drawings, feasibilities from eight institutions and the Environmental Impact Study, through to the MARN resolution.
Building the station
We build what we filed. The project does not change hands the day the work starts, which is where projects come apart.
Supply contract
We arrange the supply contract with the fuel company. Without it the station stands finished and sells nothing.
NUPI piping
We sell NUPI fuel piping. It goes underground and is never touched again, so it belongs in the design and not at the end of the build.
Inside the permitting service
It is the longest part of the project and the most underestimated. This is everything it covers.
01
Design drawings
No institution reviews a project without signed and sealed drawings.
- Topographic drawing
- Architectural drawings
- Electrical drawings
- Structural drawings
- Hydrocarbon drawings
- Retaining wall up to 5.00 m, in CAD
- Structural calculations for the wall
- Price totem 12.00 m, plate and foundations
- Structural calculations for the totem
- Meetings with the owner until the design is approved
02
Fire department and signage drawings
The fire department and the Ministry of Labor want their own sheets, separate from the design set.
- Fire network signage
- Emergency electrical network signage
- Fuel hydraulics plan
- Special liquids hydraulic network
- Isometric of the fuel network run
- Isometric of the manual emergency shutoff
- Isometric of the special liquids run
- Workplace risk signage, for the Ministry of Labor
03
Filing the feasibilities
Each institution wants its own file. We file it, follow up and answer observations until the resolution comes through.
- Construction line
- Site qualification
- Stormwater management feasibility
- Road review and zoning
- Potable water feasibility with ANDA, where the site has a connection
- Fire department resolution
- Hydrocarbons resolution
- Septic tank and absorption well permit
- Tree felling permit
- Earthworks permit
- Demolition permit
- Common solid waste permit
- MIDES permit
- Construction permit
04
Hydrological and hydraulic study
Paving the site changes where the rain goes. The study works out how much there is and designs where it goes, with the septic tank and the absorption well.
- Processing of meteorological data
- Calculation of the flow generated by the development
- Design of the Hydrological Impact Mitigation System
- Septic tank calculation and design
- Absorption well calculation and design
- Drawings for the mitigation system, septic tank and absorption well
- A final report for each area of specialty
- Response to observations
05
Environmental Impact Study
The longest part. It ends in the MARN resolution, and without that there is no construction permit.
- Preparation of the form and the study
- Filing with the DOT for evaluation
- Air quality study
- Biological study
- Social evaluation
- Follow-through and response to observations
- Through to the MARN resolution
